RULE 1: The future continuous tense is formed with will + be + verb + ing.
ルール1：未来の継続時制はwill + be +動詞+ ingで形成されます。
EXAMPLES:

He’ll (He will) be sewing.
She’ll (She will) be ironing.
We’ll (We will) be bathing the dog.
RULE 2: The future continuous tense emphasizes the ongoing nature or duration of activity in the future.
ルール2：未来の継続的な時制は、未来の活動の継続的な性質または期間を強調しています。
EXAMPLES:
Will you be home this evening?
Yes, I will. I’ll be reading (this evening).
Will Harriet be home this evening?
Yes, she will. She’ll be mopping the floor (this evening).

RULE 1: The preposition for is used in time expressions with a period of time.
規則1：前置詞” for “は、期間のある( duration )時間表現で使用されます。

RULE 2: The preposition until is used in time expressions with a point in time.
ルール2：前置詞untilは、ある時点の時間式で使用されます。

★ in / at の使い分けにおける「大きい / 小さい」は比較するものによっては当てはまらないことがあります。
場所に使う前置詞の at / in / on の使用について今一度、整理しました。

★日本を拠点にして仕事でのみ英語を使用していると日常生活用語がなかなか身につきません。読書が好きな人であれば洋書で、話好きな人であればオンライン英会話で、このギャップを意識して埋めるといいと思います。
5階建くらいの建物は” apartment “といい、10階建てくらいの建物は” condominium “とよんでいるとアドバイスされましたが辞書による学習では、なかなか得られない感覚です。ウェブサイトを見ても、この2つが意味するものは「分譲家屋」なのですが規模感や構造は人によって異なっています。
日本人の英語として「mansion（マンション）」をよくつかいますが、英会話においては余り聞いたことがありません。和製英語ではないのですが、英語では「大邸宅・豪邸」を意味する言葉であるから日本語でのイメージと異なっています。

RULE 1: The SIMPLE FUTURE TENSE is often used to offer help.
ルール1：SIMPLE FUTURE TENSEは、助けを提供するためによく使用されます。

I’ll be glad to help.
1st=I, me, my, mine and myself.
2nd=you, your, yours, yourself, yourselves.
3rd=he, him, his, himself, she, her, hers, herself, it, its, itself, they, them, their, theirs, and themselves.
RULE 2: Verbs that describe states of being (stative verbs) take only simple tenses. Need is a stative verb.
規則2：存在の状態を説明する動詞（状態動詞）は、単純な時制のみを取ります。必要は状態動詞です。
EXAMPLES:
He’s getting dressed. (right now)
Does he need any help? (right now)
