Teacher Joyは大学卒業後に小学生の家庭教師として2年を過ごし、ネイティブキャンプの講師になりました。
時間に自由はありませんが集中できる作業環境を求めてネイティブキャンプ・オフィスでの勤務をしています。オフィス講師の収入は設備の使用料等で在宅勤務の講師より20%ほど支給額は低くなるそうです。僕の感覚では在宅勤務の方が自由度が高い分、給与は低くなることが自然だと思っていました。
しかし、成果がしっかり測れる業種(レッスン数と評価点)においてはオフィス設備を使用させたり管理が必要な出勤スタイルの勤務は高コストということが主流になっています。
