イギリス帰りのフィリピン在住、イギリスには、ご両親がまだ、お住まいとのことで驚きました。

RULE 1: PRESENT PERFECT CONTINUOUS TENSE or also known as the present perfect progressive tense, states that something that had started in the past and is continuing at the present time.
ルール1:現在完了時制または現在完了時制としても知られているものは、過去に始まり、現在も続いているものを示しています。これは、現在分詞(root + -ing)の構造を使用して形成されます。
This is formed using the construction has/have been + the present participle (root + -ing).
EXAMPLE:
I have been working.
I have been studying for an hour.
RULE 2: HAS – third-person singular, commonly paired with pronouns he, she, it.
HAVE – other than the above, commonly paired with they, we, you, I. (first and second-person singular and plural + third-person plural)
